Legislative Coordination

We are not registered lobbyists.  Rather, we help clients create strategies for legislative solutions.  We do this through creating an effective team, including a local lobbyist and members of the client’s organization, and utilize universal best practices and tactics that enhance client outcomes. The local lobbyist uses their connections to open doors; we walk through those doors with them and use our technical expertise of the substantive issue to focus the efforts of the client team.  In the fast-paced environment of the legislative process, it is essential that legislative efforts have a single person keeping everyone focused. This person should have a demonstrated command of the legislation’s technical and political attributes and be in a position to advocate for its passage.  We routinely provide such a voice to public and institutional clients.
