Paul Nicolosi’s counsel is based on his more than 25 years of advising business owners and operators, founding, growing and operating businesses, sitting on corporate boards, his law degree and his participation in professional development programs at both Harvard and Northwestern Universities. He leads client projects that include corporate finance, economic development incentives, mergers and acquisitions, new product and service line development, and operational efficiencies. Mr. Nicolosi provides an entrepreneurial perspective honed from decades of founding, growing, operating and selling businesses to national and publicly traded companies and through hundreds of client engagements. Mr. Nicolosi has led strategic and risk mitigation projects and has provided value creation across a wide array of industries including: healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, economic development, and venture capital.

Mr. Nicolosi earned his J.D. (1990) from Northern Illinois University and his B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago (1987). He has been an active member of the National League of Cities, where he served as Vice-Chair of its CityFutures Panel on Public Finance. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Illinois Tax Increment Association. Mr. Nicolosi is a past member of the Illinois Municipal League’s Legislative Committee and serves on a number of closely held corporate boards.

Gino Galluzzo leads strategic consulting engagements for a wide range of organizations, providing expert guidance to clients in the areas of economic analysis, public finance strategy, creative public/private collaborative projects, and negotiations. Mr. Galluzzo has successfully directed a number of sizable and complex multi-million-dollar real estate projects from conception through all phases of execution to completion. His experience spans all areas of economic analysis, including in particular site selection and governmental incentive negotiation services. His expertise encompasses providing advice and counsel to clients seeking new facilities, assessing location issues involving competitive expansions or selective consolidations, analyzing geographic and jurisdictional options and obtaining necessary governmental entitlements (e.g. zoning, variances) and regulatory permitting to realize site selection objectives.

Mr. Galluzzo earned his J.D. (1997) from John Marshall Law School and his B.S. from Northern Illinois University (1993). He currently sits on the Illinois Municipal League’s Legislative Committee and has been a speaker at the Illinois Municipal League and Illinois Treasures Associations.

Thom Keeling leverages his extensive experience in strategy development, operations and management to bring unique perspectives and valuable insights to his clients. He has held senior management positions in several Fortune 500 companies and has a track record of growing businesses profitably. Over the course of his career Mr. Keeling has provided strategic advisory services to companies in a broad range of industries including: information technology, financial services, business services, petro-chemicals, transportation, medical products and services, building supplies, automotive after-market, agri-business and consumer products. Mr. Keeling has helped his clients develop and execute well designed strategies and programs (including market entry into adjacent markets and new geographies, new product introductions, acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, corporate reengineering and turn-arounds, business continuity planning, business consolidations, business relocations, organizational design and process optimization).

Mr. Keeling holds several degrees Stanford University (MBA with emphasis in Strategy, Finance and Marketing), Seton Hall University (JD with emphasis in Corporate, Commercial, Contract and Tax law), and the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (with emphasis in International Commercial Relations) and Colorado (BA in Economics).
